Alaska Airlines hosted the Care Retreat, a thoughtfully designed day-long escape for its guest-facing employees. Created to rejuvenate and inspire a workforce deeply impacted by the challenges of the pandemic, the retreat transformed a spacious Seattle warehouse into a tranquil oasis focused on wellness and community.

Employees engaged in interactive experiences like a calming essential oil bar, a reflective meditation station, and the uplifting “Share the Care” wall for personal and team connections.
